Within a day or two you get your day in writing: the stops, the story, lunch, the rain plan. That written quote holds your date for 7 days. A 30 percent deposit locks it in, the rest is settled on the day.

One price covers the whole day: €1,950 all-in for your party of up to 4 guests, then €450 per extra guest, up to 8. That includes pickup at your door, the car, every entry, lunch, snacks and drinks throughout, your day in writing before you fly, and help planning the rest of your Belgium stay. Multi-day trips run at the same rate per day. And one promise: if this was not the best day of your Belgium trip, tell your guide at drop-off and the day is free.

Absolutely. Private group experiences can include exclusive venue access, curated tastings, and special arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, or team days. Mention the occasion in your inquiry and we'll build around it.

We host one group per day, never more. High-season dates (May to October) typically fill four to six weeks ahead, so the earlier you reach out, the more choice you have.
